All About Me
I lead end-to-end operations across projects, vendors, and manufacturing—owning program delivery, quality systems, procurement, compliance, and customer success. My focus is building the rails that let our engineers move fast and safely: clear SOPs, repeatable build/test workflows, and data-driven dashboards from pilot to production.

At EdgeSeanara, I coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, data, and field) to take products from requirements → prototyping → validation → deployment, while standing up supply chains, service SLAs, and post-deployment support. I work closely with partners and customers to translate operational constraints into executable plans, balancing cost, reliability, and time-to-market without compromising quality.

Previously, I led multi-stakeholder programs across R&D and industry—setting up documentation and QA frameworks, managing vendor contracts and BOM cost controls, and driving risk registers, change control, and release cadences. That journey sharpened a pragmatic, product-first mindset: ship reliably, learn quickly, scale responsibly.
